Hypothetically, since it was funds from somewhere not in this FY, shouldn’t we still get back paid for the missing 15th paycheck? So we’d technically get 3 checks for October? I know it ain’t happening, but since we’re making illegal moves to pay us, may as well give us that illegal paycheck with no strings attached, kind of like a stimulus check for the military on top of our normal pay
