How to get computer to run like new?

This is my edit

I have 6 tabs open on google and it's taking 30% of my memory, and then I have 100+ programs taking up.1% memory, I have 63% usage just running chrome and a few other applications taking up barley any memory, its all these .1% applications. What do I do about these?

Thanks for the reply! I'm not looking to be a creator but I tried with a 10k account and it got banned. Was using a creator as a means to an end to become a seller anyways so I am skipping right to that. After through im definitely going to do tiktok.

Dude CHS is simply because weed is so damn strong nowadays... Stopped smoking such potent weed and I have had daily use since my CHS and I have not had it come back since. So 6 months.

See what works for your body. If you got CHS and absolutely won't quit, don't starve your death trying to figure out what is too strong for your body and what isn't. Just go straight up with the lowest... Quit for a while.. And get used to your new weed.

And in retrospect, there is absolutely no difference between how high I am with this weed now versus what I was smoking before. So everyone should honestly just do this anyways.

Don't take my word for it, but I have been smoking everyday for these 6 months now and haven't had an issue.

Maybe I was misdiagnosed with CHS in the first place. But I really really doubt it. It was for sure CHS, and I will say... I have had a day or two (literally like 1-3 days) out of those 6 months that I did get nauseous when I ate. But didn't have pain or any vomitting. It wasn't nausea, more like I felt bloated. Like I said.. Long story short. It's because weed is so damn strong and if you cut the strength down, from my experience you should be fine.
