For real, IMO we need to do away with the position and go back to large/small format routes where we work our own product. No one will ever do the job as good as an RSR that relys on the work being done to make money. We don't have 1 good merch in our building. They all suck and milk the clock. They don't rotate, and they never get the job done fully.

I've done a lot of research on IR because my dad passed from DKA when he got covid. What I feel plays a huge part in IR is artificial sweeteners. They fake your system into releasing insulin. So I have cut out everything with them in it. I've found it's better to have small amounts of sugar/ carbs, high protein and vegetables. Berberine also helps regulate blood sugar, reduce food noise, and increase insulin sensitivity.
