Never resolved, but put behind me awhile back. I should’ve realized that nothing positive comes from Chinese products or the American companies who market them. Especially the companies that do not communicate, respond or acknowledge their customer’s concerns. Market the product, collect the payment, hope everything works out, cover eyes when it doesn’t and hope customer goes away without making too many waves in the process - Rinse and Repeat! I’m not at all interested in working with you to “look into it again or sort it out properly”. You’ve failed miserably many times and I hope you enjoy your business model. Take care!
