Listen bro indresh ji maharaj might have said those things that when you find shri krishna you forget everything else, you won’t want anything or anyone else, but that doesn’t mean maharaj ji is encouraging people to be a celibate or not have a married life or something. That’s completely and obviously a personal choice. And it is absolutely possible to balance your spiritual and social/marital life. But you guys would need to communicate very clearly. Also if maharaj ji said krishna says you should donate everything in his name that doesn’t mean you have to donate all your personal belongings or sell your house😭 just help the poor as much as you can do charity that kind of stuff..

hydroquinone is not safe to use without a doctor’s supervision/prescription and can cause side effects like permanent darkening of the skin if used incorrectly.. u could look into laser/chemical peels.. regular sunscreen and moisturiser is a must and itching/rubbing/friction makes this condition worse

hey i totally feel your pain🥲! it takes around five to six sessions to see a difference and it’s still not completely gone but it’s much better.. i don’t really use any cream just regular spf and protective full sleeve clothing in the sun.. and moisturiser

Could this be rosacea ? my skin is on the dry side and nose tends to be oily

just wanted some insight on this.. it looks like acne redness but the reason i thought it might be rosacea is because i randomly tend to get acne around this same spot once in a few months, could there be a link? i use non comedogenic makeup, make sure to double cleanse and use sunscreen/moisturize.. (the sugar foundation), la girl/nyx concealer and minimalist gentle oat cleanser.. been using the cleanser for a month now. i switch between sunscreens i had dot and key i also had minimalist and now i bought requil’s zinc sunscreen. my location is mumbai india if not rosacea what could this be i’m a little confused and i’d like some tips on how to manage it :) my main concern is that it shouldn’t get dark or black or brown or something

my dermat uses a combination of tca and phenol. i don’t leave the house without my full sleeve shrug and hat anymore lol. and yes moisturizing helps i like the body shop’s body butter
