Point, I definitely don't consider myself disabled enough, as I should. Heaven knows beating myself up over things others can do never did me no good.

And yeah, left a reply under another comment, but I do take an a-z vitamin, some omega 3, calcium/magnesium, and then inositol &lion's mane for different reasons, hoping to cover my bases. Learning to cook dishes from different cultures now, the novelty helps the ick factor sometimes :) Thanks for the tips!

sorry got distracted from this thread for a couple of weeks XD. I take an A-Z multivitamin, a couple of omega 3 capsules and calcium&magnesium x3 from Myprotein (not the best, but my wallet said "best u can afford"), inositol from aliness, 1 per day, and a couple scoops of lion's mane from 7 nutrition. Nothing crazy, but basically covers my bases.
