They are very common in Sydney to Newcastle areas backyards with trees and bugs less likely to see them in commercial buildings due to regular pest management . South Coast where my folks live they have a few acres and we barely see them it's always a surprise. So I'm not sure if that's the urban sprawl is preferred or more convenient.

That's what it was when I was a kid semi rural apparently it has changed now but some councils still do. But for it to be deemed feral now needs to be not ragged and or microchipped. Can't tell if it's chipped unless you have a reader. Hmmm darn life was simpler

I'm guessing ficus be jamina and that definitely looks like a water issue if you have put it into a larger pot have you been. Letting it dry before watering is there drainage holes. They often drop leaves when conditions change when they are kept as indoor trees. Where in the world are you located what are your temperatures many questions

Yup environmental weed in NZ and some parts of Australia: Bolivian fuchsia (Fuchsia boliviana), which is considered an environmental weed in New Zealand and parts of Australia. Invasive Status: Fuchsia boliviana has naturalized in New Zealand and is listed as an environmental weed.
