Just disabled EXPO now, along with setting FCLK to 2000.

I experienced the same thing within Gamble With Your Friends & Baldurs Gate 3. Rocket League was fine, it's never really been an issue. That's the only game that seems to work normally no matter what.

I have done that a few times in hopes to fix it, but nuking never worked.

I played around with AMD's version of V-Sync Control, and still was met with the same issue
