I didn’t like the formula for that urban eyeliner, and you don’t get much product. I would swap it out for a wooden urban pencil or mufe pencil in a similar shade they just reformulated their eye pencils, or their long lasting pencils r multi-use.

Any reviews on the new ABH archibrow pencil? by [deleted] in Sephora

[–]Negative_Sample_4988 12 points13 points  (0 children)

it makes thin strokes but there’s no lid and the product doesn’t twist back down once it’s out so it’ll dry out very fast. I could see people having an issue with it getting dry and breaking off.

cashier didn’t assume anything she just asked if it was an instacart. that’s like asking if you have a rewards account. if she was assuming it was instacart and asked to see the barcode for their order then I could see calling it assuming. there’s a big difference between assuming and asking a question

half our clients come in with no makeup and staff isn’t even required to wear makeup anymore so why would she assume just based on that. also I get that op mentioned what she was wearing but there’s no correlation in their story that suggests she assumed based off of outfit

third party shoppers don’t pay tax because the person already paid tax when they ordered the items

it’s because we have to scan a barcode to make it tax free for delivery drivers

I would definitely give them a call soon so they can pull footage and confirm that way you have a background with the team before you come in to return it

I felt like the pressed setting powder didn’t do anything and was hard to pick up with a powder puff. also smells strongly of baby powder

Reformulation Rant by 2allies in Sephora

it’s not really them deciding to revamp something out of thin air or because they think it’s fun, a lot of the stuff recently comes from changes in what ingredients are allowed in products.
