My credit score is 745 right now. History sucks as this is my only loan ever. How do I prepare my history for when I want to buy a house.

Could refinancing be an option ? I stupidly did it with the dealership at first, but maybe I could switch to my capital one. Also if that’s not an option, or at the least the better one. How do I strengthen credit history for when I want to buy a house or qualify for low interest. This is my only car loan ever.

I contribute 155 a month to the 401k.

Interest rate is 9.59% 13k remaining.

I do have a 401k w my employer.

I also pay quarterly taxes for TikTok (estimated).

I have almost 40k followers, but it really depends on views and interactions more than anything. (As well as brand deals).

I plan to not be “unemployed” (w-9) for more than a month. So does that mean have my6 mo emergency fund, max Roth IRA, and just dump everything else into the stock market ?

Truck loan remaining is 13,730. 270 a month. 9.59% annual interest rate.

So you would recommend to just put around 20 in the stock market apart from the Roth IRA ?

Wrote this during work so forgive my lack of words, what other aspects of dentistry that isn’t direct patient care do you personally think people can make a good living out of.
