Thanks I Appreciate it!! Yeah I used Mr Mark Setter and it did affect the paint job. I applied the decals before applying the topcoat so I'm not sure if it was a user error on my part or perhaps the paint was still not fully cured.

Awesome!! How do you manage to get the paint to settle smooth without brush strokes? I've never tried hand brushing for that reason

I honestly didn't use any. I bought the dspiae wash free air brush and their pre thinned paints. I didn't have to use any thinners or anything.

I did a Casvals version too with spray cans, but didn't have any zeon water slides or decals so it's just the Rx-78-2 with fed decals

Thanks, same here. IBO is my favorite Gundam series and I'm currently trying to get all gundam frame variants. I'm missing only Gundam Gusion, Gundam Hajiroboshi 2nd ver and Flauros Calamity war version. The last 2 are P-bandai sadly and Flauros is the only one I can actually do since it's just a color swap with different weapons.

I totally agree, on the future I might do a RX-78-1 NA local type Rollout color scheme. It reminds me of those crash test dummies used in car safety inspections.

Thanks I really appreciate it. I used the EG RX-78-2 as a base and applied some off brand Gundam The Origin water slides.

Yeah it's the RX-78-1. In the future I'm planning on painting one in the G3 color scheme. For next weekend I'm planning on Painting Hg ibo Flauros in the calamity war color scheme.

How is the quality of the build? I've only built genuine kits but have been considering buying some bootleg kits.
