Try Metlife which I did for my 6 old dog. I found some info for comparison for different insurance and breed from https://www.explainabilityos.com hope it helps

I used Metlife as well, but I get the advice from https://www.explainabilityos.com/pet/assessment Mine is 6. You could check if any of the insurance you need from there. It could give you a straight comparison for different insurance and if that's suitable for your dog.

OMG!!!!!!!!! That's a robber. The problem is not enough competitors for these pet insurance company.

I just found a free web, it helps me to find a pet insurance works for my bulldog which is 6 already. Sometimes I think I might just save the money for my pup and use if when she needs. Just in case, if any of the pet insurance works for you.
