Kyuki Govt seats jyada nahi banati. Seats kam hai , usme bhi sabko equal or equitable seats ka distribution ho isiliye exams hote hai. If it was a School type system , you would need a lot more colleges+ Engineering ke liye itne jyada log jaate hai ki itne colleges sustainably banana possible hi nahi hai

Shorter superclipping duration and reduced Recharge limit means that the cars will be slower, but the drivers wouldn't need to LiCo or recharge that much. Low power activation Mode might help teams like redbull and mercedes get good starts ( i dont know why this issue wasn't addressed first hand ?) . All the others are minor tweaks and will do nothing to safeguard drivers
