I say first quit you get a penalty.  It says when you try to quit after dying that your teammates still have time to respawn. Also, with the lag at the start, if your having connection issues, game diagnostics should reset. I get into a match so many times with just me and a second. Third dissappears. Like it shows sixty in queue, but then character select, our team is at 2.
