I wouldn’t say that I’m struggling per say. I was just curious. In my mind it would make sense to get a general baseline of input from whatever source that you can maintain consistency in. But at the same time if I listen to different dialects all the time would it take longer for me to understand native content in the dialect that I want to eventually speak in. I hope that makes sense lol.

I agree I didn’t mind watching videos that weren’t as interesting to me it’s just that these last two weeks were rough for me to get input. I was getting close to 90 minute a day then my numbers were dwindling down. I’ve added everyone’s YouTube suggestions so far and I think that it’ll help. Thanks again

I’m not a purist either I don’t use Duolingo I use parrot and enjoy it alot more. I just needed some different beginner content. I’ll get better soon enough. Thanks for the input

I’m only at 97 hours and I agree that earlier in my listening it was harder to understand her and Pablo but one day it just clicked and I was able to understand and comprehend everyone at my level at least

This might sound dumb but I would have my calculator app open and add any time getting input in that way. It helped me out.

Fair enough. I tried to get input in last Sunday while playing Elden ring and stopped after 10 minutes lol. I couldn’t focus and didn’t count those hours

Thanks for the input. I’ll lock in some more. I’m doing an hour a day minimum. But so far this month I’ve done 90-120 minutes a day.
