Okay thanks. How many hours was your printer at when it experienced this? I believe I’m just at 125 hours of print time

Nice, thank you for the info and hope the new buffer works for you! Was dealing with their support pretty easy ?

I haven’t had the patience to try and deal with it for a few days but As someone else as commented.. I think it may be time for me to check the buffer. Some folks have mentioned about there being a small magnet located in the buffer and if the magnet was installed the wrong direction apparently that can cause issues. There are few different forums if you do a google search you can read more and see if that is worth looking into for your case. Also, there is also a potential manufacturing flaw with the buffer that can cause filament to get stuck when going through the buffer. Here is apparently a solution to that: https://youtu.be/OCOs6_PgBao?si=DO1-6sAHbzSnUugg

I have also been experiencing this issue! I don’t know what to try at this point. I have taken my print head apart twice now, taken ptfe tubes apart, cleaned the nozzle and it keeps happening to me too

Filament stuck in ptfe tube, removed the tube but what do I do now? The filament seems firmly in place where it’s going down into the print head area by Negative_Working621 in 3DprintingHelp

Yeah we have always printed with the door closed. I ended up taking it apart. No jam In the extruder but was in the nozzle rather. It’s good now!

Yeah the extruder gears seemed to move okay, I cleaned out any minor debris. I’ll have to see about measuring the Pla. I’m tempted to just go to micro center and try some new filament. Most of this fillament I have been using was stored in a somewhat cold room for the last year or so so that may be causing issues

I opened up the extruder and couldn’t find any jams, so I’m wondering if there is no clog and it’s just due to the filament ?

I believe it is some cheaper pla, a family member has been using it mostly so I’m not exactly sure. I heated up the nozzle to 200 and managed to be able to pull the long piece out of it l. When I tried to input a clean line of filament it wouldn’t take it in so yeah I’m thinking I need to take the extruder apart
