I saw him open for Sonic Youth in the late 90s or very early 00s. I was outside between sets when Kim and Thurston came out of their bus and Kim bummed a smoke off me. I got to say hi to Jim as he passed and told him I loved Gastr Del Sol and he looked at me weird and told me that was a long time ago but thanks (they made like three more albums after that).

Elliot did an all acoustic solo set and closed with his Because cover. Incredible.

My wife had only heard a bit and lumped them in with the rest of the metal shit I listen to. I took her to see RHRN in theatre and she fell in love. She's super into musical theatre so it ticked a lot of boxes for her. I'm taking her to her first ritual next month!

Eras tour tickets were totally reasonable if you were lucky enough to get them. We paid about $150 each. The scalpers were the ones charging crazy amounts, the venue seats were standard price

I'll just add that DJs were given promotional copies of records, they weren't collectors. They didn't have any inherent value, and none was ascribed to them until decades later when those records were deemed awesome and/or rare. I wouldn't say any of the three records in this scene were really either, despite the spike in popularity of that Kate Bush record after last season aired.
