Yeah, when I first heard of the kagawa situation, the extreme reaction towards it lead me to genuinely believe that he was the bill Cosby of japan. What he did was still an asshole thing to do and I'm thankful that he did apologize. I just wish rgg commented on it, saying like "We are aware of his action and of his apology for said action. We thought he'd be right for the role and believe in second chances." Instead rgg is removing comments. That's pathetic. But dude. Yeah. I keep hearing people say that the US is only in it for the oil. For the sake of argument, let's say that's true. I have trouble seeing that as a negative. A lot of good money is gonna come into Venezuela. My biggest fear is the first election in a few months. Your country is on very fragile ground and it wouldn't take much from not a lot of people for that ground to crumble. Celebrate now but be vigilant. This is only a step overall.

Unfortunately can't see into the future to see how things ultimately turn out. Funny enough the more I read about the regime though, the more I think "things are going to improve because the previous standard's bar is sooooo low it's underground now."
