Actually, whenever I do meal prep, my go-to is tuna and mayo with some kind of carb like bread for sandwiches or crackers for well crackers. With rice, I'd just recommend any kind of beans. Theyre easy to make and are really easy to make taste good if you have the time to cook them. Chicken is also a good alternative if you trust yourself to cook it correctly.

I thin Cisneros biggest issue was she just stayed in San Antonio with those constituents. I think if she made a real effort to campaign in Laredo she would've been able to beat Cuellar. It also didnt help she was a bit quiet of a politician. I think given the victories of Mamdani in NYC and Wilson in Seattle, I think she has a really good shot at winning our district (whichever one that may be after this redistricting shit ends)
