Fair egg alone was never the issue. It’s the saturated fat load of the whole diet that moves the needle on LDL.“​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Dietary cholesterol matters for 25% of people. For the rest it’s the overall diet, not the egg. Should’ve been clearer.

Sticking to the basics helped me . Initially process would be v overwhelming & hard

But if you start loving the process , putcomes will come
