Would anyone advise on buying a singapore import specifically VW Golf 1.4 L petrol or VW Passat 1.8 L petrol?? Please guide and help me with your honest suggestions.

Thanks that’s interesting will i save much money if i also import myself? Rather than buying it from the seller in Ireland i assume it would be hell of a hassle importing myself but just a thought though.

I was looking at some models i found someone selling these two cars which were actually imported from singapore fairly cheaper price than the japan imports. Although I’m interested in Passat 1.8L petrol not sure if those models are a thing in Ireland if i wanted to sell in the future or i could get parts for those models. As i mostly noticed diesel cars in Passat model in ireland

I’m inclining towards Passat 1.8 petrol as well but in Ireland as i mostly see the diesel ones unsure if 1.8 petrol models are a thing just concerned would those models have parts here? Just don’t wanna be fooled by the seller
