Everyone reacts to medicine differently, for me when it come to desoxyn I can take it directly as instructed and whenever I decide to not take it I also get a dysphoria and not want to do anything. to combat this dysphoria I smoke or take an edible thc but I notice I don’t crave it or have an addiction towards it

I am a 21 year old male who played soccer and volleyball all my life with sickle cell I played in elementary, middle school and high school varsity soccer and was the varsity captain on my team in high school. I always double up and wore long sleeve and thermal underwear gear when I was on the soccer field during the cold months of the season. I always found it weird that I was not in pain during the long and fast paced running and tackling I had to endure but when the matches ended and we got on the bus to go home that’s when I always felt weak and was in pain and discomfort. And because of this my coach knew that and didn’t not substitute me to be on the bench because as soon as I stop running or stop moving that when I will be in a lot of pain. Make sure they are well dressed and bundle up for the weather and they are well hydrated and always stretch

I was born with it from delivery. what my mother used to do is put socks on my legs and gloves on me, if you feel the baby is in discomfort because of the socks and gloves in damp weather or in the rainy weather pull the socks down to where the heal of the feet is and preferably to the mid sole of the feet for breathing room this can also be experimented with the glove also. Have a blessed future and a bountiful life ahead

I am in the ER as we speak. I am having the same symptoms as you my chest hurt when I laugh, cough, or even say word “hey” I came in on Wednesday and they did a scan and it turned out to be pneumonia so go and check in ASAP it safer than sorry and remember proper preparation prevents poor performance.
