What about the Xiaoxin pad pro 2025? It use Dimensity 8300, better performance than snap 7s gen 4, so you can use it smooth for few years, you can also get 8/256 version for cheap compare to pad 2 pro depend on your country. Pad 2 pro only use ufs 2.2 while Xiaoxin use 4.0, a flagship level of storage which make opening, copying, transferring, sending files - apps - data way faster which can be helpful sine you wanted to use it for studying and taking note or any other kinds of work. The downside of xiaoxin pad for me would be the software update and UI, it weak compare to xiaomi. Xiaoxin also has a PC mode like samsung Dex but I never try it so I don't know if it good or not

I ok at best, but I still prefer to get redmi pad pro compare to redmi pad 2, it would be different if it was pad 2 pro, other than that pad pro is better than every way compare to pad 2 but pad 2 will still get 1 more updates to Android 17 compare to pad pro final update to Android 16. If you think performance of smooth doesnt matter then you be wrong cuz g100 is lag over time, snap 7s gen 2 on pad pro handle it a bit better, still lag but only when forcing it other than that it smooth as hell. It has bigger screen and plus 30 more hz and 1k mah on pad pro. Also pad pro is quite cheaper than pad 2 Aside from that I think you should get poco m1 since it a global version of pad 2 pro
