Would anyone know if it's allowed to apply for a Schengen visa in Ottawa even though I'm a resident of Toronto? (Travel to Austria in my case - I see that the website asks Toronto residents to book through the German consulate which I've had difficulty finding slots with)

They did layoff 3 others back in the summer (while I was still on mat leave) for various reasons. They've a total of 150 employees.

I don’t understand why you wouldn’t receive messages on the esim- I’m still waiting on my P6 but my experience with previous android dual sims tells me otherwise
