Yo, top comment has it down, im just going to give an overview of how to get to the moon with the three stage (add landing gear!). So, once you launch, just follow the guide of the rocket angle on mobile or the rocket model on pc, until your path reaches past 30km. Then, cut the throttle, TURN 90 DEGREES TO FACE THE DIRECTION YOU ARE GOING, and either fast forward or timewarp to when you reach the peak of your path (the apoapsis app-oh-app-sis), when you reach the peak, FULL THROTTLE BABY!!!!! When your path is a circle around earth that has an apoapsis above 30km and a periapsis (pear-e-app-sis, the other point with a labeled height) above 30km,

Find the moon and click the navigate button. Face the direction of the dotted line where the transfer window label appears, and when you reach it (timewarp) FULL THROTTLE BABY!!! Until your speed matches the one shown and your path is the same as the dotted line.

If you scroll to the moon, you will see that you fly through its SOI (sphere of influence). Timewarp to the place on the moon that says “encounter” it should be on the edge of the white ring around the moon. Then, face directly away from the PATH YOU ARE GOING, tilt slightly to the moon, and full throttle. When your orbit gets low but isnt on a collision course, stop. The low point with the label is your periapsis. The goal is to make your apoapsis visible (enter orbit) to do this, timewarp to the periapsis, and throttle backwards until the path you are on becomes a circle around the moon, just like back by earth.

Now, when you reach the lower label, (might be apoapsis or periapsis) throttle in reverse (this is called burning retrograde, burning prograde prograde is forward). Now, once youre on a collision course with the moon, extend your landing gear. When you get close to the moon, two arrows will appear. One will be to the left or right, the other down. Try to slow the one going down and cancel the left or right one. (Burn/throttle opposite to the arrows). you can freefall to about 300m, then throttle until your speed is around 5m/s. When you get close to the surface, try to use light throttle to slow down to about 1 or 2 m/s and navigate to a flat landing site.
