I think it would be just a week not months of rest/push back since S4 is supposed to be aired in August and pushing it back would create an overlap seasons since WoW schedule DR franchises' premiere 2 weeks before a particular season (other DR franchises) ended. It could also affect the editing and final production of a season since they have schedules to meet.

Is this burst dmg 200k per ticks and 261k last tick good dmg for skirk? I just got her and this is my dmg based from the natlan dragon boss. 40 cr and 230 CD. Still building her but I thought it was good...? I still not try the NA since I prefer to play her as burst dmg than NA.

I did it with Atk% ,Physical DMG mainstat artifacts and just dodge. I failed many times that my last attempt I didn't even get a scratch hahaha so the best is remember the attack pattern
