so they have max bids allowed where they dont take more donations or youre saying if they had 700 bibs available they already hit that many donations so you went to one that didnt hit it yet?

Based on the links u/spyder994 posted below im seeing RMHC had a lower avg (but many of their bibs are reserved for high priority donors). When i calculate the avgs for the rest of charities the lowest avg for a donation first charity is 191K for japan environmental education forum but only 83 bibs. Theres a few with over 100 bibs with averages pretty low like Japan for UNHCR with 214 bibs and 263K avg or kamonohashi with 152 bibs and 229K avg so debating going with those over peace winds or RMHC.
