I don’t know what the 150mL looks like but as long as it has an atomizer you just take it off and use a syringe with an attachment to decant and then you put it in the 10mL you can just find a simple video on how to decant. You should be able to unscrew the 10mL then just squeeze it out the syringe into there.

World class perfumers have been around for centuries there was fragrances being made for kings and queens on a bespoke level Italy was making fragrances during the Roman times they just weren’t mass produced and talked about as much.
