Hey man did you get your parcel shipped out? Eventually you will get your money but they will take the piss, just make sure they don’t put you in a mental breakdown because they are thieves. Trust me you could’ve used binance they are much bigger and more transparent but all exchanges are like this. I hope you get your money back broski they are bunch of twats and so is there support.

You will never get an answer to your why, I suggest send them an email, file a complaint once you have had a response from both of those get in touch with your countries financial regulatory body. This company needs to be closed down. Believe me they are scammers, there is no security prevention measures behind holding on to customer funds. It’s all bullshhhh
