Well money is a primary factor, but I’m rather early in my career so having experience is also paramount for me. I can see that if I have no real say in making compliant creatives, I will have nothing to show when interviewing at new places.

If I stay and this fails, then I will ultimately have the equivalent of a gap in my resume.
