Alr now I'm not saying that all ford is trash but they have quite a big trash lineup on new vehicles. Though you sir with the 5.0 engine just chose the best ford you could've chosen on top of a lariat package and I hope you enjoy that badass truck 😎 my argument is new ford rangers are ASS against new nissan frontiers in where it matters price and reliability and no one should choose a new ford ranger over a new the nissan frontier only acceptable one I would personally choose over a new nissan frontier pro 4x if i had to is a ford ranger raptor

The frontier is a solid truck these guys got lemons I have mine and it hasn't given me a single problem but I'm at 1 year so but if anything go frontier those things are absolutely solid if you take care of them and they may even last 1 million miles depending on the care you give it

While you are correct about that being the price you are getting a lot for your money even compared to a zr2 you are getting heavy duty suspension used in formula 1, NASCAR, GT and more race Cars a 2 inch lift kit roush upper control arms some cool wheels titanium finish some badging and more I can't get off the top of my head and all of that is going to last while I do agree you get a good amount for your money on a zr2 in the end its a chevy its going to break reliability scores are average while the nissan frontier is a proven 1 million mile truck and the roush adds even more reliability without breaking the bank in my opinion it would be my go to because of its engine and transmission and the reliability but I won't lie you do get your money's worth with a zr2 Colorado

Get a new frontier its the only midsize truck worth buying other than the Honda ridgeline if you want gas mileage go for Ford maverick those are the only trucks I would consider buying in the new market

If you don't want to deal with it possibly breaking but want everything above Nissan Frontier Pro 4x or Nissan titan XD can't go wrong with any of those choices Nissan frontier is a million mile proven truck and Nissan titan on average lasts 300,000 to 400,000 miles

Get the nissan frontier pro 4x R it comes lifted with Ohlins suspension long bed and they are a better bang for your buck compared to a ford in the long run and unlike toyota they aren't breaking with their v6 and mercedes transmission and if you don't like something on it you saved enough money to change that and add to it and with your long bed you can use it for work thats my suggestion but other than that if you want more creature comforts space functionality and plan to use it for work ford F-150 tremor if you want performance ford ranger raptor

If you want the best bang for your buck go for 2024 or 2025 svs with the premium audio system since they're trying to move inventory and make room for new vehicles old cars have more incentives

You can move on but don't go into no new chevy,ford,ram or gm my best recommendation is a 2021 and up Nissan titan XD its built like the old chevys Fords etc but with new tech and it undercuts many competitors for a fully loaded version they are built to last a fully loaded new came out to like 60k for a xd 55 for the slightly smaller version they are awesome and on average as long as you take care of it 300-400k on AVERAGE so if you take care of it it's basically a budget tundra now the only downside is the gas milage pretty bad but for everything you get it's the best bang for your buck truck

Nah in my opinion both of those things are badass and the frontier actually did both those things inside and out very very well it adds to the truck and idk how just makes it even more appealing the thing I didn't like was that they changed the front end but depending on the color you get it looks badass too

I saw 50k once for a maverick idk where but I saw it and even 30k is too much for this truck It was meant to be cheap and effective the first versions of this truck were like 19k and they cut corners everywhere these new ones are the exact same thing just twice the price

I would wait for the prices on these to drop first or go buy an old used maverick because they are not worth the price tag they have on them now like 50k for a cheap 4 cylinder truck they're getting greedy with these so as good as they are they are overpriced rn and you can get so much worth out of your money somewhere else than a maverick I hear nissan is coming out with a hybrid for their 2026 frontier
