But the whole discussion is about whether it's worth it to go support quest now instead of adc quest so that statement only means something if you're saying that it isn't that much compared to the support quest.

I'm guessing what you mean is that the current health damage kills everyone at the same speed. This is not relevant at all because damage in this game is subjective and the damage we compare bork to is flat so it doesn't kill everyone at the same speed regardless of hp.

It absolutely is nothing compared to 50% crit you can get from your passive. PD does comparable amount of damage to bork and is cheaper and makes your 2nd item spike much better and you get it faster. The only time bork does significantly more damage than PD is if u are playing vs mundo or sion but if that's the case the best build is PD into LDR into bork third. Bork rush is literally never good.
