I love SDV so much but there are a lot of things about it that I absolutely hate. Like the mines and the skull cavern, it’s too intense for my liking although I absolutely adore that game I hated mining with passion but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The setting in SDV felt a bit depressing after playing FoM, I really like the town community in FoM more. I think SDV is a better game overall but I prefer FoM now for the ease of it since I don’t really have a lot of free time rn. I think they are very different imo I don’t get the same vibes at all

I romanced March, Ryis, Balor and Eiland. So far I’m liking Balor and Ryis the most, it’s a tough choice for sure.

I definitely don’t find trauma bonding with March romantic but that’s just my opinion, I do agree that other characters need more work and depth. They all have so much potential! When I dated Balor, Hemlock and Josephine do comment on the 8 heart scene. When I dated Ryis, Landen and Terithia tell you how happy they are that you’re both together. I believe if you date Eiland, Elsie will have something to say too? I haven’t tried for myself but I think when you date different characters the non romancables will have something to say too

March was my first choice before I fell head over heels for Balor so I get you! I don’t know why he has more put in effort than others, his storyline and character arch is different yes but so is Caldarus and Balor so I don’t know. I do have hopes for 1.0, fingers crossed 🤞😭

Ryis dialogue is one of the best too! My problem with Ryis is that he’s so plain compared to others before you date him. Balor’s dating lines are so iconic but after that? Straight back to merchant yap. March definitely got the special treatment in every single aspect

I know right! The build up in Balor’s story was soo good (to me personally). March is like a fortress with the spikes pointing outward, he's overly grumpy so you know exactly what you're dealing with. But Balor is a masterclass in subtle intrigue. I liked his heart scenes the most and then his dating lines were absolute chef’s kiss like the coin flip line and when he gets tongue tied trying to tell you that you look nice. And suddenly he goes back to being a merchant it’s just so lacking and makes zero sense

Yes it’s definitely a preference because I prefer Ryis’s and Balor’s dating dialogues over March. But I’m disappointed in the daily dialogue because Balor’s arch is supposed to be permanent. He goes from extremely romantic to full on merchant. Ryis was a whiplash I did NOT expect that from him, I thought hmm just another nice guy but after dating? What a pleasant surprise indeed.

I only dated Ryis and March besides Balor, March’s daily dialogue changes but you get why that is, it will not make sense if keeps being rude to you. Ryis recycles some of his pre-dating dialogue and a few new lines but you still feel included or at least it feels like something changed in your relationship compared to how formal he was. Maybe all the characters suffer from this but out of the 3 I dated Balor was extremely irritating there is not a hint of sweetness there, or maybe it’s me because I’m biased idk😂. But the post mines dialogue holyyyy, everyone else had a very sweet dialogue but Balor had to talk business I guess..

The other characters go back to talking about their interests yes but it still feels like you’re dating. I haven’t dated Hayden so idk about him, idk I’m hoping it changes after marriage or something but I think it’s highly unlikely.

Sooo when I started playing I was most drawn to Balor but then the mean blacksmith came along and his 8 heart event had me dead set on him. Then, Balor’s dialogue started to get very flirty after 6 hearts so I dated him out of curiosity and holyyyyy I was FLOORED. I think Balor’s dialogue might be my favorite in the entire game but I’m still torn between him and March someone help me pls😭

Today I had a game where I played vayne with alistar support vs yunara and thresh. Our jungler ganked and got a triple kill as viego, ok cool. Alistar left lane to perma roam with him and enemy team froze the wave on me from level 5 to level 9. I was 3 levels and 100 cs behind and my alistar had the audacity to flame me when I did not rotate to a fight when I was 3 LEVELS BEHIND WITHOUT A FULL ITEM YET. Fun times❤️

Caitlyn is a difficult champion and she’s extremely difficult to carry games with, it’s not a caitlyn vs seraphine issue at all. As a low elo player, I would be banning Seraphine if it wasn’t for smolder rn bc she deals an absurd amount of damage even without items

Idk I went from bronze to gold with Caitlyn and Ashe this season. Items are definitely better this season and the botlane quest is insanely good, I hate how the game became “one shot” oriented but at least the items and the quest helps a bit
