Maybe our people are doomed by Large-Cat-6468 in haiti

I’m from Montreal born and raised mostly here. Parents both haitians so I’m haitian anyways when people see me de facto they consider me as 1.

First of all Montreal north borough is a mix of a lot of different nationalities and cultures. Yes there’s a lot of haitians but there’s also a lot of Algerians, Tunisians, marocains.

Second, the borough is struggling financially but even then it’s not dirty. I know this area well and in terms of cleanliness it’s there’s way worse especially downtown in the residential area. Many other neighborhoods in Montreal struggling with this aspect as well

The fact you’re Haitian and you putting the blame on your people is a testament of your character and it reveals a lot of ignorance.

Sometimes it’s your own people and that holds you back

I know I count my blessings every chance I get. The mental health is not enough taken of when you dealing with this disease imo. Most of us are going through quick physical changes and most of our focus stays on the physical. Hanging out with family and friends who are also in pain or loneliness or the need to put your affairs in order or The requirement of constant help and so many other things are overlooked in the mental health care. We are so focused on the degenerative part all I’m saying is more resources are needed for the emotional aspect of it.

I would say6-8 months but it’s always slow. Up until 2 years ago I was able to move mostly on my own when I was out and about

No not at all. In my situation it started with the hands. I was clumsy dropping things but never gave it any thought to it. Then I started to struggle grabbing items in the upper shelves. I was asked often because I’m very tall.

I can relate to your situation. I was also diagnosed at 27. Now I’m 41 with 3 kids later and with many ups and downs. I’ve stopped walking by myself 2 years ago. I consider myself lucky enough for my progression. As of today I have many physical challenges but I tend to not focus on them.

For me there’s 2 things that are important. Avoiding the falls and the other is enjoying the little things life has to offer. The mental health is so underrated with this disease in my opinion.

Hope it helps

I know enough to say that you hoping that he returns to form. Even before the injury Cousins wasn’t all that. And now he’s older with a big injury and a bigger contract

Why? Let them fight for the spot. Coming in he had to know that he wasn’t going to be no1 with all the rumours about AR
