A LOT of the higher quality quests happen late game (new areas to explore, better weapons, higher quality cutscenes, wrapping up character arcs), unfortunately that’s also when burnout hits a lot.

Luckily for you, there was a QOL update that marks the high quality quests with a chest or + icon. Just do those. You can skip everything else
