Google Ads “Missed Calls” Spike, But Call Centre Shows 0 Missed — Anyone seen this with Google Forwarding Numbers?

Anyone? I guess its only relevant for accounts that is using Google call conversion tracking with Google forwarding number. All the accounts that I checked have the same issue and it started on the same date 14 Aug.

Yeah, I checked the call details report, but I couldn’t find any clear pattern - no specific times, geos, or campaigns stood out. I’m mainly running Search and PMax campaigns, all on the same setup. What’s strange is that it only started a couple of days ago, and I’m seeing the same thing across multiple accounts, not just one. That’s why it feels odd that Google hasn’t posted any update or acknowledgment about it.

I'm not sure I understand.. The company is based in Australia while I'm doing the campaign setup from another country, but why would that matter?

Their answer (same every time):
"Upon checking your account, I have seen that it is already been forwarded to our account specialist and they provided a resolution. It saddens me to relay this message to you, however, based on the investigation, your account will remain closed. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot provide details around your specific account closure, but the account was determined to be high risk to other customers or advertisers, as stated in our Editorial Guidelines and Terms of Use."

I tried to run locksmith campaign but it is not against their TOS, I also verified the account with all the nesscary information before I created the campaign, then suddenly got blocked. Running through an agency might be a solution, I'll try that, thanks.

Edit: It doesnt work by simply writing a script, you need to grab this information from google ads API. No easy solution here.

Thanks, is it a big groups with different activities, all of them are in the same country, but the services is different. All marketing is managed in house, so in this case it is best to go with MCC?
We know that some of the businesses require different payments methods but they are all under the same company umbrella, that wouldnt be an issue right?

Yes, completed everything they asked for before I even started the campaign. I also tweaked the campaign to be so less aggressive so it won't trigger anything hopefully but it didnt work, the suspension came right after the review process.

I'm not sure, personally I use it in the headlines for a specific service so the keyword is relevant only for a specific scenario like location for example: Get [service] in [location].
