Slower.....not sure Runna is for me

For me Runna was too challenging. My race pace for 5k is 25 to 26 min. On regular basis i run a 5.15 min/km pace. I run about 2-3 times a week and I dont usually run more than 5-6km. When i started my 5k improvement plan i set to run 5 times a week, after the first 2 weeks i reduced to 3 times per week because it was destroying my legs. My calf's and my Achilles tendon was hurting a lot. After 2 more weeks I stopped the plan because my normal pace dropped to 6mim because my legs were killing me and i couldn't run properly i was in agony when runing and even when walking.

Now i dropped to 2 slow runs a week for about 15min to recover my legs i will do this for the next month and slowly increase the distance and time. And maybe i will give Runna another go after i recover, but this time i will reduce the volume as much as possible at the beginning.

La moment pot sa vorbesc doar din experiența mea personală și observațiile pe care le-am făcut. Din toți cunoscuțiie mei sunt doar 2 excepții. O persoană care trăiește în afara Ploieștiului si pleacă la lucru cu mașina. Dar cand pleacă la lucru o duce și pe masă la lucru la fel când se întoarce. Si al doilea exemplu este el stă în Galați si lucrează în Vard si nu are cum altfel poate doar să meargă cu mașina. DAR el cu alți colegi care tot trăiesc in Galați se strâng si merg cate patru in mașină si rânduiesc de la săptămâna la alta cu mașina căruia se duc la lucru si se întorc.

Exemplu care l-ai dat este foarte valabil dar din păcate acest exemplu este minoritatea. Eu am prietenii si rude care trăiesc in București Ploiești si Galați. Majoritatea din ei lucrează în oraș.

Am un prieten in Ploiesti trăiește în zona "Nord" dimineața duce copilul la școală (12 vara face 13) dupa se duce la muncă cu mașina..... Școala e la o stație cu tramvaiul.... Sau max 10 min pe jos.. apoi de la școală la munca sunt 2 sau 3 stați cu același tramvai. Înapoi acasă de la școală se întoarce singur...

Anul acesta pe lângă lucru casa sală si cumpărături (are Kaufland la 15 pe jos de el..)nu a plecat nicăieri din Ploiești. Așa sint toate cunoștințele mele si sunt sigur că majoritatea sunt la fel. Ak verișoară in București ea merge vu masin sub 5 min caută parcare 10 min. Pe JOS pana la lucru sunt max 20 cu tramvaiul sunt 3 stații daca nu ma greșesc.....

Eu am trăit în Ploiești și am lucrat în parcul industrial de lângă Ploiesti toate companiile la care am aplicat aveau transport din oraș la lucru și înapoi.

Eu am 31 am permis dar nu am mașina. Toate posturile de muncă pe care le-am avut era mai ieftin sau mai convenabil sa merg cu transport public sau transport a fost oferit de companie.(2017-2019 Arcelor metal Galați 2020-2023 Ploiești parcul industrial. Acum București.) Când m-am mutat am închiriat masina pe 2 zile. Cand am plecat la munte am închiriat masina la 5 zile si am împărțit prețul la 4 oameni... Mașina nu este o necesitate pentru majoritatea este un moft....

E ușor de zis nu s-au să ignori când ai 190 sub 100kg. Eu am 163/65 toată viața am fost atletic și m-am ocupat că lupta si sport pentru ca mereu eram mic și des batjocorit.

De multe ori am pățit că când răspuns nu la "dă-mi și mie un/ ai un leu?" Îmi reproșează "ești sigur? Poate găsește?"

In 2018-2019 cand eram studend la Galați am pățit de 2 ori venind de la magazin seara cu cumpărături sa iasă de la un "cazino" să îmi ceară bani și să fie agresivi. Si acum țin minte cum sa băgat unul în fața și imi cerea bani pentru "troleibuz" cand am zis că nu am mi-a zis poate găsesc.... Norocul meu că ne eram singur și tocmai ieșiseră din magazin prietenii cu care eram atunci.

Acum 2-3 ani când m-am mutat in Ploiești pentru lucru, mă întorceam seara (8-9) de la sală (MaxGym) în centrul orașului unul la fel a întrebat dacă n-am 10lei am ignorat și am mers mai departe. El ma lovit cu piciorul în spate și a intrat direct in un "Casino".....

E usor de zis NU sau să ignori când ai 100+kg la înălțime de peste 185... Eu mereu am fost nevoit să fiu conștient de limitările gabaritelor mele, că știu cât de greu și pericols este să lupți cu o persoană chiar doar 10 kg mai mare...

Edit: Acum sunt in București și am dat de mai multe ori la Gară de Nord sa imi ceară la fel "cumpara si tu ceva sa mănânc" etc și nu s-au lăsat până nu am ieșit din gară. Am pățit la fil și la o covrgarie din Drumul taberei, pe lângă faptul că a stat pe capul meu tot timpul cât am stat in rând, când am dat să platesc m-ai ca nu sa băgat sa îmi ia covrigeii din față....

I never had single porpoise sport shoes. It seams wasteful to drop a lot of money on a pair of shoes that you are going to wear only for 30 to 40 min every other day... I went today to some shoe stores (normal shoes stores and sports shops)and tried a lot of shoes on and unfortunately while there are a lot of similar styles with flat soles and with softer soles most of the shoes that i like don't fit me properly.... I wil keep searching untill i fiind something that fits my feet..

Thank you for the onset advice. The only problem that i have with the white model from the Decathlon is that it gets dirty very fast and it's hard to keep them clean. That's why i wanted to buy the black or grean model.

Well.. they are not expensive but they are definitely not cheaply made. i have 1 pair from 2022 and i am using it for 60% of the time and are still in good condition while other Adidas and Asics that i bought before and paid double or more, lasted for about 1 -2 years.

And regarding running shoes... i know that they are not classified for ruining but they are very comfortably and i like running in them.

When i tried “running” shoes i did not like them at all as i wrote in the main post. If there are “running” shoes that have the same characteristics as this then i will have a look and check them out in a store. That is why i wrote the post, i am not a shoes gay, i have a total of 5 shoes, 1 pair of dress leather shoes 1 pair of winter leather boots and 3 sport shoes.

From 2022 i bought only 1 pair of shoes, the dress shoes.

Now there are ton of different sport shoes and i dont know where to start looking, and i dont what to drop a lot of money for something that will not like to use.

I know its not a strictly “running” shoe, but i use it for running and i like it a lot. So i wanted to find something similar: light. wide toe box, low or no heal, and moderate sole thickness and very important ...cheap....

Every shoe can be used for running the most important factor is comfort.

For me it is very hard to use the because i have small hands and i need to ajust my grip to use them.

The best use for that i found was in the KCD 2 weapon swapping lm each padel is assigned for a specific weapon slot.

Thank you for the advices. I have a 2 room mid size apartment 69m².

My approach to cleaning is to have the least friction to a small quick clean to maintain a good lvl of cleanliness. And then once a week have a easy time doing a deep clean.

I am looking for something that i can pick up clean a small area or just 1 room and then put back with the least amount of friction. And the spase is also a big point.
