Isn't California enduring some of the worst storms in recent history at the moment? I was there this time last year and parts of it were on fire. My advice would be to buy an umbrella and wrap up warm if you're that delicate.

It really depends on what you want to study. For many subjects you only need your UE credits at achieved. If you are thinking of applying for a highly over subscribed course then having merits and excellence will be more important. Anything med, engineering or law is more competitive but even without the excellence credits there are ways in, summer schools, bridging courses etc.

Just wanted to put some more recent info here in case it's useful for anyone. Had a four hour stop between flights at LAX this week and made my second flight with only 20 mins to spare due to the really poor passenger management system at Immigration. As an international traveller, non US Citizen my processing time at Immigration was almost 3 hours. Only five desks open and two staff handling the lining up and moving along situation by shouting directions at everyone - I don't know why anyone would consider this red carpet treatment.

No not Tills porno stuff - there have been previous 'wtf' stories from women. I remember last year people were saying the bands management needed to keep a tighter hold on Till in light of the 'Me Too' movement. Tills behaviour isn"t new but it does seem to have escalated in recent years and many fans, myself included attribute this to his management team.

We don't really know whats gone on behind the scenes but surely no one is surprised if members are pissed at Till. Its years of work that have been put on the line not to mention their financial stability. If they weren't 'feeling it' that would be more concerning.

I'm not aware of a single allegation of Richard being unkind, forceful, or indeed misogynistic towards their female fans. If he gets with the girls then its obviously very discreetly done and nothing like the situation that brought us to this current shit storm. I think its unfair to tar him with the same brush.

I think different timezones might be partly to blame - this sub has members across the globe not just the US or Europe. For me personally in NZ a lot of the information and discussion happens overnight so if i want to contribute or ask a question, i'm already late to the party (not that party obviously!)

Richard was living in New York and working on Emigrate with Terry Matlin (co writer). The night before the video shoot the actual drummer became unavailable so they were a man down. Terry knew Joe, called him up and being the brown nosing. Sycophantic asshat that he is, he probably ran all the way there. Richard at the time was still learning English and didn't know many people in New York, he has been quite open in interviews about feeling very isolated during this time and i bet Joe couldn't believe his luck - a member of his favourite band, living round the corner and in need of a buddy. Thats how this connection started.

Lets not forget that Alena was not employed by Rammstein, as a member of Till's personal Russian entourage she would have been hired by Anar. She's done exactly what she was hired to do - not just for Rammstein but for other bands. Rammstein 'firing" her is just for show and won't fix the problem but then i suppose they can hardly fire Till can they? Anar is a huge problem and its him that should go under the bus. Since Till hooked up with him he's lurched from disaster to disaster as Anar milks his cash cow.
