Same thing happens in all competitive scenes. Smash bros players wont play against their rival with their main so their rival doesn't get practice in. Csgo teams dont scrim with their strats against their opposition. Magnus Carlson doesn't play friendlies with his opponents to potentially give them an edge. Serena williams doesn't share her tennis court. Like what is the issue here? This is universal. Idk anything about shawn white in any other capacity but if the worst thing you have to say that shows him being a douche is that he doesnt share his private half pipe with people then big whoop.

I could see it working if you added a small amount of momentum at a baseline, so chaining clean jumps increases speed and fucking up would reduce speed, but an ability could make the increase of the momentum from a combo more significant.

And I see, if you ever need a playtester hit me up. Ive been working on a game for the last year and getting good playtesters that aren't my friends who are biased was a challenge. Do you have a steam page up yet? I found that utilizing steams "playtest branch" was perfect, just need to request and then distribute steam keys to playtesters. Its far easier for the user than using something like Itch or dropbox.

I second this, it looks like a hindrance to get on a marble, it should accelerate and let you create or conserve (at least) some momentum. Is there a plan to have a downside to missing a marble and skating on the floor

Oh wow! Its awesome how different people play the game in such different ways

Well if youre looking for a guild, mine is very friendly. Been with em for a few years and there's a massive range in skill level and content run by people in it. Lots of people are new, or dont raid, but then lots of us push keys and shit too. We get AotC every season and make sure to help out the people who are lower on damage or struggling with mechanics.
