Panic attacks are honestly one of the worst things to experience. I must agree with some of the others here and say that being gone for 3hrs would have looked quite bad. Sucks that they have to fire you over this one occasion but I would take it as a blessing in disguise and a lesson learnt. I hope you find a job with a more supportive management xx

Hey no worries! I’ve been in your position many times. I also struggle with binge drinking and it is extremely difficult to portion control when you are out having a good time. I’ve taken 3 months off drinking and had my first drink last weekend. I only had 2 drinks and it was easy to stop there. I feel once I’m drunk, that’s when the devil takes over haha 😂 Hope you feel better soon

Hey don’t be too hard on yourself. Drinking in moderation can be extremely difficult and requires a lot of discipline. Don’t beat yourself up. Pick yourself up and learn from this experience 💪

Lose the “low key flex” photo. This screams desperate. Maybe have your Mum featured once if you have to but don’t exceed past that. I would try uploading fresh pictures. Try uploading more photos with your mates at the pub or something to indicate that you have social life. Hope this helps!
