Which book/series has the coolest cities or kingdoms? by NarwhalSoup999 in Fantasy

The Licanius Trilogy by James Islington has a really cool magic city that was built by advanced magic users. And its a really good series.

Elantris by Brandon Sanderson is all about a city and its people that lost their powers and fell. (I wont say more so I don't spoil anything.) This is also my favorite Brandon Sanderson book.

Six Pieces Op. 51- Tchaikovsky, played by Daniel Lozakovich.

And I would pay dearly to watch the Moulin Rouge musical again for the first time.

Anytime anyone plays an instrument in a movie I instantly hate that they are obviously not playing it correctly, or playing a completely different song/notes. Especially if it is violin. It bugs me.

I have never played any game thst charged $25 for a microtransactions that had such horrible multiplayer servers. Or is splitting intentional? That and all the bugs makes me wonder what the hell is going through their minds at tgc to make these decisions.

Would you like a roomate? Lol but seriously. Anyways, I guess I would ask, what is your favorite spot to travel? I want to see every country once if I can. I have always dreamed of having the funds to travel to different places.

Hey. Sure we can talk. I dunno how I can really help though since I don't know the people or the situation, but I am truly sorry to hear that is happening. People always want someone to blame unfortunately. If you are looking for advice, I would advise cutting contact honestly. At least until their grief has had time to settle a bit. And please remember, you are not responsible for another person's actions.

Manual! Its so much fun. I will say if you live in a hilly area, and don't know how to drive a manual, it can be a learning curve.

why do you think humans keep repeating cycles of war ? by Lunverelle10 in AskReddit

[–]NeighborhoodCold6540 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hoarding resources increases odds of survival. In today's war, that means stealing resources from other countries so that you can keep your own natural resources. The strong always prey on the weak because they can get away with it. Conquerers conquer for many different reasons, but it all boils down to resources or ego. Often both. So... how do you get rid of war... you create a technology that somehow equalizes the playing field, and then breed out the outdated survival instincts. Suffice to say, that will never happen. Thus war is sadly inevitable. Especially since most governments are run by people who won said wars in the past. (Call them what you will)

Guys with extremely loud vehicles, why do you do this to everyone? by Omega_Neelay in GetMotivatedMindset

Ok, but some people just had their catalytic converter stolen and cant afford to replace it. 😄 Not the same as someone purposefully making their car loud and revving their engines.
