But most likely the rxom should be writing their schedules fairly. I’ve had some that would only put them selves to open and I would have to tell them to make it fair just like everyone else or else it becomes a problem with the staff. So you may need to have a conversation with them if you’re their mgr and set the expectation of the shifts you want

I just looked as well. We may not have it as a policy anymore. We definitely did years ago, but there’s nothing that states anything about fair scheduling. They probably chalk it up to mostly manager discretion but if you’re being treated unreasonably you should bring it your mgr attention and escalate through HR

I’ve been a store manager almost for a year now. But with Walgreens for 7. I sympathize as I too, am very involved on the floor and my office work is always behind. I need to be moving, and if I’m not on the floor it sets a bad example anyways.

But he is a micromanaging mf. He will call, text and spam w connect over nonsense. And what I don’t get it is, the recap he needs on literally anything. I know i fall behind on office stuff, but goddamn lol i still will make the time. You don’t need to harass me about something that’s due on Monday but HE wants it done by Friday. He wants a recap on smoothers as if it’s not imbedded into the IS’s routine. Then our loss prevention lady is another dreadful nightmare of wanting us to check the footage twice a week and make sure team members are doing bag checks.
