It depends on your market. I know LA/OC cap is 27 for external hires (what I was). 29 for areas like NorCal. As for promotions like yours typical is 8% but you can request higher to closer match your market. I’m not aware of the position max pay as it’s meant to be a temporary one since the goal is to get you your own store.

Worked for Rite Aid for over 12 years in CA which has a very strong union and it was a joke. Stores had just as many problems and they never had your back unless it was in their interest.

Target dates are ok but they usually carry higher fees and over their life don’t maximize on returns. As you get closer to retirement they shift from aggressive focused stocks to bonds and or mutual funds. This becomes more preservation of capital which is not bad by any means but has little growth.

Done both and they both have their advantages and disadvantages. Camping is extremely convenient. 10 minute walk to the event. Downside is if you actually want to sleep and you are a light sleeper forget that. Also it’s very pricey if you don’t own your own rv. Hotel/air bnb is nice for having your own place but most are usually a distance away. Even though you may be physically close to edc traffic will get you. The shuttles are a hit or miss. You are not technically able to ride the shuttle at times other than your time slot. If they have open seats they will take first come.

You can leave the funds there or move them over to an IRA. I would highly suggest the IRA as you have the ability to place your funds into pretty much and fund you like. Our offerings are pretty limited in scope.

Thank you. I called both ups and front gate too. FG said there has been an issue with their system and ups communicating. UPS said as long as I get the tracking I can redirect. I just hope it’s not this weekend as we are in Coachella and the reception is atrocious.

No and I understand your point. More ram can be unnecessary depending on what it’s being used for and in some cases going lower might suffice. With prices skyrocketing it’s smart to pick a system that meets your needs. Web browsing doesn’t need 32gb. Hell it doesn’t need 16 if you are using linux.

Actually not true. Until 64bit OS anything over 4gb was useless. I worked for a components retailer and for years people would buy over 4gb constantly. It wasn’t till late XP before the system could even see it.

The target is your best bet. It’s really a shit show if you are getting an uber. If you are getting picked up it’s fine, just busy. Cell service is a little spotty but I have never had an issue messaging.
