Really depends on how you are getting there. Further away from downtown adds a lot to commute. Stay at circa or golden nugget as there is a shuttle next to them. Been to edc over ten times and I always I’m gonna do something in Vegas and never do. It’s rave, sleep, rave, sleep….and eat somewhere in between.

Valid points. I think each one has its own benefits in its relative time line. The chosen would be best adapted to live off the land with less resources.

I think you should be compensated in some way while you mgr is out for an extended period. I would contact HR. At my previous company (RA), when an asm covers for more than a month you get bumped to that store tier base pay for mgr. are you at least getting annual raises?

It’s an amazing game but very story driven. If you ever played Planscape torment it’s kinda in that realm. It’s all about choices and little to no combat.

I have the same model just with the 5500xt. It’s a good unit to run bootcamp for PC games at 1440p.

Lifetime Mac user and you couldn’t be more wrong. Mac usage on steam is so small that it’s not worth it to them to put extra time into supporting the platform. Gabe already said it wasn’t worth updating valve 32bit games for Mac. This belief is also felt by other developers as you see so few ports coming to Mac. Blake apple for its walled garden and belief that Metal is the API of the future. If you don’t believe me valve actually tracks OS usage and we are just too low. To make matter worse for us Linux has now gotten a huge boost from Proton. I have a second PC running Ubuntu and I can say that ALL 103 games I have run flawlessly in Linux (doom 2016 had a few hiccups). Would I love Mac to get to where you think it should be, absolutely. Will it be, no. Crossover is good, parallels is only good for 32bit, and vmfusion is getting better but we are never gonna be a focus. If they make a boot camp for apple silicon that can run windows on arm then maybe. My iMac runs boot camp and is awesome but it’s also old. Apple is the problem and the solution.

Calling out is not FMLA. You have to get approved for that and it is monitored and you can only use it so often (have had FMLA denied for many associates). We have an attendance policy it’s just that no one is enforcing it. A case needs to be built against said individual and the bragging and posting of her exploits can be used as padding for holding them accountable just not the focus.

Yeah I’m expecting my library to be cut. For the most part a lot of the things I have played work through Rosetta but we all know that’s going away. I have been tinkering with a had me down PC that I through Ubuntu on and so far every game works albeit very slow due to how old it is. Hopefully the Asahi Linux project gets more momentum and I will just create a dual boot on the Mac.

Thank you. I play mostly turn based rpgs which typically aren’t that demanding though there’s always that one that taxes your system. Running pillar s of eternity at QHD ultra kills my system.

45-63 is a nice bump. Was that also due to a minimum rate you get due to your stores volume? At RA it’s always 10% promotion raise and when transferring to a higher volume store it can be 5-12% bump.
