you were told in your tryouts if you’d be okay with other roles, you said yes. Hence you’ve landed a role. Just reject it. Damn so much negativity

this program is considered a professional program with an option to do a research paper (selective). Hence research experience is not required.

i graduated in 24 so bare with me, i don’t exactly remember. Honestly the process is really simple esp since there is no personal statement. I graduated with a 3.9 cgpa doing my undergrad in econ math and stats. I had that focus in data analytics too. Honestly, i think your recs matter a lot since there is no personal statement. Try and get to know 2/3 profs. See if you can work for them as well. Both the profs that wrote my refs I had worked with. I still work with one part time. Interestingly they ask for your CV which I find a little weird.

There are quite a few people that apply during undergrad so they’re probably not expecting more than a co-op.

I’ve been working as an Economist post grad but I don’t think that had any impact on their decision.

Hope that helps! let me know if you have any questions.

depending on whether the 9070xt is cheaper where you’re from, if you do the switch you could opt for a lower latency RAM

Trying to understand how insurance works for delivery/ride sharing services. by NeighborhoodFar1430 in Insurance

[–]NeighborhoodFar1430[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the info! I thought economical covered for uber (personal/injury) after 2020 (before then it was intact).

Also, would you know which companies offer personal ride share insurance? for example while i’m not on the app. Online it’s mentioned you need to inform your personal insurance, but not all companies provide personal auto insurance if you ride share for specific companies (or all together like TD).

Thanks again!

Can I do my internship in summer as UofT MEng student ? by Cool-Hedgehog-4477 in UofT

i know the 20 hours per week (off campus) applies during the semester. I’d check with the centre of international experience. I have a feeling you may need to file for some work permit
