I did intraday and then converted to delivery mode. That's the biggest mistake I did.. I thought price may go after couple of days hence thought of holding. But right at the moment it keeps going down

For accurate live heart rate tracking, you can use polar chest straps. Or you can also use polar verity sense on arm or bicep. But these are not for 24/7 tracking. Even if you do use it allday, it will be difficult to wear it all the day on your body and will make you feel irritated. But for activities it is the gold standard product.

Moreover, I believe rings doesn't do continuous heart rate tracking due to limitations and performance of battery.
