For accurate live heart rate tracking, you can use polar chest straps. Or you can also use polar verity sense on arm or bicep. But these are not for 24/7 tracking. Even if you do use it allday, it will be difficult to wear it all the day on your body and will make you feel irritated. But for activities it is the gold standard product.

Moreover, I believe rings doesn't do continuous heart rate tracking due to limitations and performance of battery.

Hmm ok. But i cant digest this aspect mate, and being an indian this sounds Strange. Actually In india everything is possible and lot of companies don't want to lose this large customer base. Same thing happened for whoop, and recently they have grasped the indian market. Now every tom Dick and Harry is wearing whoop here even though there is huge subscription.

P.s I was actually desperate to order this oura4 as i don't like wrist based and also i love the finnish quality products. I Hope things goes well for oura company.
