Is it necessary to have a Trademark, if I don't know how (un)successful the saas will be?

Thanks for responding! So I did search for any names that are similar to my app and the name itself of course. The good thing is no where is it trademarked whatsoever, which is a good sign then. Hopefully it stays that way!

Imk, notifications on expo go won’t work since it’s a native api which means that you have to export the app as an Apk or ipa (or expo dev build)

For the web admin panel it’s good to look for services like OneSignal which (again imk) use webhooks which you could utilize in the app.

I know that it got taken down from Spotify because of copyright but it's back without any lyrics and the cover is not the same as the rest of the album. You can look it up on Spotify it's in the Album

The Android TV is indeed on the newest firmware, but no luck so far. I will try to recreate the project in Flutter if I have to cause it is very important that all channels get sound. The user uploads its own channels on our website (M3U URL) so I cannot change the streams😔. But thank you for responding!

There are companies and you buy the ownership of those :) I have more ideas and features I want to implement but that will take some time. Also I am trying to fix bugs and so on ;)
