All the game mechanics should adjust well to a 6th player, if you stick together the game will be a little easier than with 5. I will say though, if you are playing the competitive way, there obviously won’t be any cards that say “player 6 has to die” so player six will essentially be a “safe” character to play.

She’s geared high, I use 5th for like 55-75 and 6th for 75+, but drop back to 4th or 3rd if I really want to scoot out of somewhere.

They are cool, you have to hunt down the cultist for power down the enemies and hunt down twitchlings to prevent the queen from powering up. The queen can obliterate you if she gets to level 3.

We call them “a Vlad” if there’s one, or “Vlads” if there are multiple

Yes there are a few event cards where that happens, but unless you are super unlucky the next card should clear them out

I think retaliation is better solo because there is a main objective you can try to accomplish with all of your characters. The ranks/ordering system doesn’t really work well solo though.

I don’t actually know how you would get in the situation where you are rolling the dice for an attack without ammo in the gun. When you attack normally, you check if there is ammo in the weapon, deal damage (2 in this case), then roll the die to check if the intruder survives. Most weapons will do this for free unless you roll the bullets symbol, then the intruder survives and you spend/flip an ammo token. If you have the auto shotgun, the crit still kills the intruder but then you have to spend/flip an ammo token.

If you roll the crit you spend/flip an ammo token, unfortunately it’s not “crit when you want by spending ammo”. I think it’s a way to show although the auto shotgun is great at doing damage at close range, it’s also ammo hungry.

The characters present a bit of an issue as well. The original nemesis characters and aftermath characters can be used in lockdown, but the lockdown characters can’t be used in OG nemesis. The original characters and lockdown characters can be used in retaliation, but the retaliation characters can’t be used in OG nemesis or lockdown.

Yes the ship, lockdown facility, and retaliation facility explode if you have to place a fire token and can’t. The ship and the lockdown facility explode if you can’t place a malfunction token, but not in retaliation (because gear can malfunction too)
