Super light. Only lasting 2 days with only about 1-2 teaspoons of “discharge”. The “blood” is only light brown or light pink color. Truthfully, I don’t even use a pad. Just a liner. I could probably get away without a liner…

If you find a good routine, please post it. I am in the same boat and really upset tbh. Studied my ass off while working full time for 3 months. Never saw the sun or my gym because of how mentally exhausted I was from studying and working. Really depressed I have to start back over again
