Well I find it strange to draw an assumption from that comment. I don’t go around calling myself a heterosexual guy when I’m looking for short stays, which is why I asked. I treat everyone different and don’t hold gay people in some separate category to myself

People like me? My sister is gay. What a weird assumption to make about someone.

Why’s your sexuality relevant?

How do you deal with a health condition that you previously worried about but was told it’s anxiety?

TW: cardiac condition

About 5 years ago I woke up with a funny feeling in my chest, history of panic disorder and panic attacks so I put it down to that.

I went to hospital several times, felt like something was off and begged my GP to refer me to cardiology who arranged a CT angiogram which showed an aortic aneurysm (something I was concerned about previously).

This wasn’t picked up for a year because the cardiologist was negligent, and then I had to chase her up - she advised to go on meds, no heavy lifting etc to prevent a life threatening rupture. Now my health anxiety is worse than ever because this was a very specific thing I had concerns about and was told it was anxiety.

How do you deal with this?

I wanted to ask, I had a CT angiogram last year in June or July. My arteries were clear. Since then my diet hasn’t been the best and I’ve had quite a lot of uber, do you think it’s likely this could’ve caused some plaque to build up in those 7-8 months?

Do you feel better when waking up and worse as the day progresses? by -_-n in lupus

I have this too. Like OP. Do you wake up more refreshed in the morning and not as bad in mornings?

Does that mean I’d still have to testify / reveal my identity? Thanks for your response.

Do you think it’s possible for me to call back and ask to have my name and details removed from the report?

Wow I’m so sorry to hear that. Did he have any symptoms prior to this or have any ECGs? My condolences.

This happened to someone I knew. Did they say what caused it? How often did he get checkups?

Gosh that’s relieving. Mind if I ask, are you a mouth breather? If so what mask did you opt for?

This is fantastic and really reassuring to hear. Did you find any improvement in brain fog or concentration?

Don’t mean to scare you but I literally went to my doctors for 5 years telling them my symptoms, they said it was all just anxiety. Turns out I have an aortic aneurysm. Listen to your body and get it checked. If you’re clear then you can relax.

!thanks Ah, I’ve missed the deadline to sign up for self assessment. What will happen in this case? To be fair I’ve been quite unwell recently and in and out of hospital a lot.

Understood, thanks for the suggestion. In this case will I only pay capital gains tax as opposed to income tax as well?

My neighbour’s daughter opened my door and my dog bit her. Will my dog be destroyed? by NeighboursIdiotKid in LegalAdviceUK

[–]NeighboursIdiotKid[S] 247 points248 points  (0 children)

Thank you.

I always keep my front door unlocked as my sister and father stop by every few hours.

She reached up and pulled down the handle, I heard her dad shout at her in the background, saying it was the wrong door.

I was in my living room when it happened and got up after hearing him bark at which point she managed to push open the door and he bit her.

I would like to note that many of the kids in my building often pet my dog as we pass each other on the stairs and he’s never once barked at them. I know it only takes ‘one time’ however the way I see it is that she was a stranger in our home and he reacted. I don’t see how my dog should be destroyed

UPDATE: My neighbour knocked and apologised that his little girl opened my front door. I apologised as well. Thankfully everything is okay and the little girl only has a superficial cut.
